Historical Cornerstone Bench Installation at Memorial Park

We partnered with the City of New Prague and the New Prague Area Historical Society to bring a piece of history into the heart of our community. The 1923 cornerstone from the old New Prague High School has been transformed into a beautiful bench at Memorial Park.

This project connects past and present. The stone, full of history, now serves a new purpose, allowing visitors to sit, reflect, and enjoy their surroundings. The installation preserves the essence of the old school while giving it a practical and aesthetic function in a serene park setting.

People from all walks of life can now enjoy a tangible piece of the community's heritage. By placing the bench in such a public space, we hope to remind everyone of our shared history and encourage stories and memories to be passed on for generations.

Through teamwork and collaboration, we have successfully embedded a historical artifact into the landscape of Memorial Park, creating a lasting legacy that honors our local roots.
