At NS Landscapes, the work speaks for itself - and so does the team behind it. Troy, our Chief of Operations, is a big reason why both of those things are true. He's not a guy who sits back and manages from a distance. He's on the job, sleeves up, cutting pavers and getting the work done right alongside the crew.

That kind of leadership matters more than most people realize. When the person running your crews actually knows the craft - knows how to make a clean cut on a paver, knows what a properly built retaining wall looks and feels like - it sets a standard that filters through everything. Every patio, every driveway, every set of steps we install carries that standard with it.

Troy guides all of our crews, keeps relationships strong with our clients, and jumps in wherever the job needs him. Whether it's precision cutting on a paver installation or problem-solving on a complex retaining wall layout, he's hands-on. That's not something every company can say about their operations lead.
